agreed Its going to be filled with all the cliche modern black stereotypes in a bad way.
im left wing and hate this trash. I can't even call it woke, because its just an insult and will have the classic "gangbanger" and "drug dealer" and "black kids have guns" stereotypes, just just more polished. thrown in with some police racism so it can act like it's socially conscious and calling out "racism". when its just presenting u with a polished stereotype.
corporate manufactured "woke awareness" where everyone is still a stereotype
and the thing is, the original fresh prince did tackle serious issues, including racist cops.
I can think of about half a dozen episodes in which they did this, so maybe average of once per series. These episodes would often fade out in silence as if to say that this is no laughing matter.
And because it was usually a light hearted comedy, it made the serious episodes all the more powerful and thought provoking.
Oh for sure things can do this in a serious way even though the original fresh prince was largely a comedy.
I just feel that every single character will be variations of black stereotypes under the guise of corporate wokeness.
THAT IS WHY I NO LONGER WATCH MOVIES WITH FEMALE LEADS...TOO MANY FEMALE STEREOTYPES.

I watch plenty of female leads. I watch plenty of black leads. I want to see shows that deal with minority issues and social issues
I will not accept fake woke corporate manufactured nonsense.
I get that all films and shows are corporate products. That does not mean I will settle with laziness.
contrast Trinity form the matrix with lazy Mary Sues. and tell me there isn't a substantial and qualitative difference?
