This movie really is packed with "small lines". The trouble is, you miss a lot of them while still laughing from a previous one :). And a lot of the humor comes from facial expressions and body language, that are usually taken for granted.
For example, when Jay and Craig were leaving the house to get supplies from neighbors, the way Seth was curled up in shame because he refused to go out after drawing the burnt match and everyone giving him the "look".
I second Michael Cera's face in the bathroom scene, priceless ;p
In the beginning, when Seth and Jay are in the store, the cash register lady is portrayed as a complete bitch for refusing to let the non-customers use the bathroom: "Why the *beep* you think I put up the sign?", with the father and daughter being super nice about it regardless. Daughter: "it's ok dad, I can hold it" and dad suggesting they buy something for her mom. AND THEN Seth being (all high) freaked out and afraid to buy whatever candy he got lol.. really, copy pasting the entire script wouldn't do it justice ;)
