There were so many great lines in this movie, but it was some of the smaller lines that had me laughing the most. The one I can recall right now is when Danny is eavesdropping on Jay and Craig and he loudly whispers "I can hear everything." Did anyone have similar moments like this?

2 of the bits I laughed at the most came from Jason Segel. Like when he's talking to Rihanna and he says something about seeing a psychiatrist (can't remember the actual line) and also when he's talking to Kevin Hart. "My wife opens the fridge door and she's like where's the birthday cake? and I'm standing there with frosting round my mouth".
Other bits I liked Jonah and the gun Scooby doo bit The whole rape convo
I think I need to see it again.

I've come to love small lines and barely noticeable jokes and gags in comedy more than the great big ones. The small funny details are what truly make a great comedy great, it shows an attempt to put humour in every detail.
So as for those parts in the movie, I would say my favorite would have to be Kevin Hart being so wowed by Jason Segal telling him about the painfully stupid wedding cake joke from How I Met your Mother, something which it seems Segal dreads doing, if he's so willing to mock how plain and stock the comedy is.
I just loved that Hart, a great comic who should have good taste in comedy, was just so in stitches over Segal telling the joke, like it's some brilliant and layered bit, the punchline being both on Hart himself and the horribleness of the show, it was just a great moment.

When they all admitted doing bad things and Franco said when Lohan was banging on his hotel door she thought he was Jake Gyllenhal so he played along with it.
Craig Robinson's delivery made every one of his line awesome, but I especially enjoyed his line to Aziz Ansari: You're already in the hole. It's too late for you. And I second the mention of Danny McBride's: I've already walked away too far.
