How old is everyone on this board?
19 years old.
I watch it because of the guy from Everbody Loves Raymond.

I watch it because of the guy from Everbody Loves Raymond.
I'm happily approaching 40 (in two months!) and I watch for Ray Romano playing serious, Andre Braugher and LisaGay Hamilton playing just about anything or anybody, and to get a glimpse of the Bakula Booty, which I didn't get to see enough of on "Quantum Leap."
share24. I ended up catching this series because of Ray Romano. ELR is my favorite show.. I've tried to follow the cast as they moved on to other projects. Glad Ray decided to take a chance on TV again. One of my favorite shows, and it's a bit shocking to me how I can relate to the show. I've always been told I have an old soul, so who knows lol.
shareWell, I'm a man of a certain age. I started watching mainly because of Scott Bakula, certainly not a fan of Ray Romano - though I find him rather engaging in this series. I loved Scott in QL as many here have and I still think he's a great (and vastly underrated) actor. Being nearly 50, I can definitely relate.
Well, can't he just beam up?
This is *reality* Greg.
You mean Raymond or Gianni?
share22, hated Everybody Loves Raymond, didn't like Quantum Leap, and haven't seen any of Braugher's work, and I am in love with this show.
Good drama is good drama. So many shows on television are considered dramas, but are far too comedic in execution. This, Southland, and Mad Men are the only straight dramas I can think of currently, and love every one of them.
So pleased to see so many young people enjoy this show. I thought it would appeal just to us old 'uns. I'm 54 and, like a few on here, very young at heart (and not quite as good looking as Scott Bakula). He is a year older than me, in real life, but I don't know how old his character is supposed to be - does anybody?
My wife has a real good laugh at the show too. She is the same age as Ray Romano (born 1957).
35
It is a great show!
I'm 54, and I can really relate to the guys in this show. I read the threads from the twnety year olds and think "they don't know how lucky they are, they've still got time, their lives can turn on a dime at that age." I can relate to the characters because when you reach middle age there comes a point when you realize that you've run out of time, what your life is, it's going to be. From then on it's how you face that reality that counts.
Life is what happens while you're busy making other plans
24, started watching this show because of Ray Romano.
I think the older people on this thread probably enjoy it because they can draw direct parallels with this show and their lives.
For me, even 20 something guys can relate to the show in a big way, because they have envisioned their lives in a certain way, or just see it just going down this straight narrow road. Atleast some of us can anyway. Its an interesting peek into the future.
Also, its just a genuine show about 3 dudes hanging out and shooting the bull. Really appeals to me!!
59. Started watching because of Ray Romano. He was so annoying on that show but everyone else played their parts so perfectly.
I think this show is good.
22 male. And it's my favorite show since Invasion(2005). Nothing else on TV can compare.
