I like rap.
I like female rappers.
I still will not be watching this show, but it has nothing to do with racism, sexism, or hating rap.
But, I would be willing to bet that a lot of people who hate black people, women, and rap would especially hate this show because it combines 3 things they really despise all in one. It's bad enough they hate black people AND women, but when you combine black AND a woman? Oh boy the hatred comes to light...especially if she's loud....or fat....or loud and fat combined....then add on a black woman who also likes rap and the seething reaches gigantic heights. That's almost like some kind of intersectionality or something.

Lots of "niche" shows are made. If TV shows only made stuff for "big audiences" then we'd get nothing but cop shows, medical shows and legal dramas. It's good when we see more 'obscure' settings or concepts.
