Question to anyone who dislikes 'The Hangover'
Do/did you enjoy partying and getting drunk?
It would explain a lot to me if the answer would be 'no'.

Drinking makes me so drowsy, I nod off after getting just tipsy. It's a perfect insomnia cure.
Partying's good fun.
'You Have Opened My Mind To A New Sexual World (But You're Not Coming Near Me With That)'
I don't enjoy partying and getting drunk, and I liked the movie.
shareSure I enjoy partying, don't get drunk very often anymore though. My problem with this movie is the characters are so despicable and stupid I can't get through the first hour of it. I've given it two chances and have said "uncle" both times.
sharei didn't dislike the movie, but i see as being pretty over rated. I drank and partied a lot growing up.. and still do. I was thinking if you partied a lot that watching others do it isn't such a big deal. Some of the stuff was a lil too far fetched.. like stealing a police car and mike tysons tiger. Neither of those two things are ever happening, lost a lot of points for me on that one. just saying. It's only fitting that Part 2 is so-so even by means of the hype crowd.. the schtick gets a lil old especially when it really wasn't top notch to begin with

Terrible movie
shareThe partying in this movie was underwhelming in my opinion and what happens to Doug was SO anti-climatic for what it was to be an epic bachelor party. This movie was Batman and Robin bad, the only thing that kept it from being a total disaster was Ken Jeong I laughed everytime he was onscreen.
shareThe Hangover is a ''fake'' comedy then?
I'm the grim reaper, Lardass, and you're my next customer.
I enjoy parties and booze and I thought Requiem For A Dream was funnier than The Hangover.
shareAll the time. This movie still was eh. The direction, written jokes, and story were all terrible. In the theater I just kept thinking that it was going on way too long. They should have just cut the desert part with Chow out of it.
shareI loved partying with my friends, in fact I miss it a lot now that we all have jobs and careers but that doesn't change the fact that, despite being funny, this movie is simply overrated.
The funniest part about your question is the fact that most people who hyped this movie and love it are too young to drink and party.
Nothing against you by the way I just can't stand when ordinary movies are hyped up.
