Question to anyone who dislikes 'The Hangover'

Do/did you enjoy partying and getting drunk?

It would explain a lot to me if the answer would be 'no'.

reply

I partied and got drunk like a madman in college and a few years (too many) beyond that, did crazy stuff, have funnier than %@$! stories, woke up in strange places, had a great time. I still don't think this movie is as funny as most people do. It had a few laughs for me, but nothing special.

My favorite comedies I've seen more than once, some dozens of times, own the DVD, etc. I saw 'The Hangover' once and don't really care if I ever see it again. I think for me it's I like films with actual funny actors. People like Chris Farley, Steve Martin, Eddie Murphy. Nobody in this is a particularly funny comic.

Everyone has different tastes, especially with comedy.

I didn't like the film.

I used to enjoy partying and getting drunk back when I was a teen. When I turned 22, I started to consider it thoroughly childish and meaningless.

I also considered this film to be childish and meaningless, but what is worse, I didn't consider it to be funny at all in any way. Maybe its because I've turned into this old geezer in my late 20s. I don't think I would've considered it to be funny even back when I was partying more, though.

This movie is a disgusting fuскing pile of trash.

I own you.

Yes, but it doesn't change the fact that this movie SHAMELESSLY RIPPED OFF the Simpsons Season 10 ep Viva Ned Flanders from 1999 shot for shot, scene for scene.
