I was gonna say at least they can't take eps 4-6 away from us...

..but look what they're doing to Bond, and this is just the start. Hold on to your copies of the original trilogy.

reply

Does anyone even have copies of the original trilogy that aren’t videotape or maybe LaserDisc? My understanding is only the special editions are available on DVD and newer media.

reply

Yeah I dunno. If any copies exist in any form though they can be remastered and cleaned up.

reply

What are they doing to Bond?

reply

Nothing. Sparky is trolling, as usual!

reply

Modern powers in the UK deem Fleming's work to be offensive and require disclaimers and rewrites. The films are coming under fire as well and I would not be surprised to find that these same deranged power-hungry fools demand changes to the films.

reply

No matter what it is they find offensive, nothing is more offensive than altering the text of a dead author's book.

Nothing.

reply

Agreed. As we've seen though once they have their foot in the door an avalanche of the behavior comes not long after. It's lock-step with their plans otherwise when we think about it- destroy everything from the past and replace with something sleazy. Hope you're well.

there are no examples of what the issue is in that article.

reply

James Bond is offense in schools but Democrat public education pushing the rape, genital mutilation, and murder of kids…good.

reply

Unfortunately, their goal is the total decay of civilized society. And to what end? Just to destroy it. Nothing else.

What worthless, mindless little shits they are.

reply

Are they digitally removing the Bond girls or replacing them with obese models?

reply

That's coming...

Wouldn't shock me if they did a Doctor Who and had a storyline that pretty much undid or retconned the Lucas movies. LOL.

They clearly don't have any love for the legacy characters or older stories. Ideology is part of it, the female characters generally outdo the men at just about everything, to the point that the men can look ineffectual or even be reduced to comic relief (Luke running away to some remote part of the galaxy to mope even though the fight with the new order was far from over, Yoda appearing just to tell Luke all the jedi philosophy he'd taught him didn't matter). The force is female, after all.

I think ego might be part of it as well. They don't want those legacy characters overshadowing their creations.
