This movie was an insult to human intelligence.

After viewing this ridiculouse excuse of a film, I have come to realise I have no more faith left in humanity. Seriously? Is it just me or are people really getting dumber these days, every single Hollywood cliché was used in this film, there was no imagination in the script whatsoever...it was made for stupid people, who are incapable of thinking for themselves, like mindless drones that Hollywood has produced for a quick cash crop. What happened to those movies like Resorviour Dogs and Fight Club, why are we constantly subjected to this banal tripe like Avatar, which only rely on big budget spending on advanced technological eye candy for success at the box office...where is the *beep* story, character development, they keep forgetting those two aspects because they are no longer relevant anymore, it's because the intelligence level of the human gene pool has dropped significantly in this past decade. The mainstream media has turned you all into cattle! Fewer and fewer movies that require a certain intellectual thought process are being released each year. *beep* all you people, who enjoy this sh**. I’m glad this movie failed at the box office, but it won't make a difference because Hollywood will still keep churning them out!

Thanks for reading, just needed to get that off my chest because I was forced at gunpoint to watch this film...I honestly don't like to be reminded of how dumb people are for watching movies like this, it's just depressing.

Ever since the beginning of cinema and even further back to the time when people started telling stories around the campfire, there have been two distinct types of stories.

One is the kind that will make you think and hopefully teach you a lesson about yourself or the world. Apparently this is the kind you like.

The other type of story is pure entertainment. The story is filled with drama and hopes to take you to another world for an hour or so. If your heart is pumping at the end of the story, then the creators did their job.

By the way, you seem to think that older movies always had good stories, deep character development, and made you think. Are you thinking of the Scott Baio movies from the 80s, Friday the 13th movies from the 70s, the giant bug movies from the 60s, or Bedtime for Bonzo from the 50s?

I wanted to take your post seriously, especially when I saw the reference to "human intelligence". Unfortunately, you got four whole words into it before making your first spelling error, and then almost immediately followed it with several confusing run-on sentences, and redundant phrases like "no longer relevant anymore". At that point, any arguments you might have made about your superior intellect became null and void.

^ someone really needs to get laid, chill out, i enjoyed the movie, probably won't watch it ever again but there's no need to analyse every second of this movie, just watch and enjoy the bullsh*t

You dumb babies, monsters are just frigments of your infactuation.

An insult to human intelligence... for real? You have a LOT to learn about tongue-in-cheek humor and sarcastic wit.

People who go around saying "*beep* all you people who enjoy this sh**" is a much greater insult to human intelligence than the film could ever be. It's a crazy, fun, action-filled laugh-riot and a great way to spend some time yukking it up with friends.

Incidentally, if you felt the film was that awful and you were *really* forced at gunpoint to watch it you should have just told the person holding the gun to pull the trigger because it sucked dino d**k and you would rather have your brains blown out than be subjected to one more second of it. That would have been a most excellent solution to not only your problem but that of those insulted by your technically wordy but otherwise vapid post.

Good for you Bent!! You are right on!!

I happened upon it on HBO a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with
this movie!!! It's so much fun!! Like the A-Team on speed! So yeah it's
no Pulp Fiction but it will certainly keep you entertained with it's
wittiness and action. I watch movies like Winterbone, Anti-Christ,
Candy, so this was a great change of pace. I would have NEVER watched
it if I wasn't merely flipping channels and came upon a super sexy
Jeffrey Dean Morgan! Now I have seen it like 10 times!
I'm sooo hoping for a sequel!!

I have to say...

I'd much rather be a cow than an ass, if we're talking farm animals.

Someone please deflate this poor person's ego. Maybe give him a ticket to an amusement park. You know, something fun. Not sure it would get through the bloated sense of importance, but hey, it's worth a shot.

I don't see what your complaining about this movie was a good movie and I wish people would just leave it at that, it wasn't meant to be serious just a good action flick with a few funny lines.

I happen to enjoy this Sh**t, I just adore Óscar Jaenada, I think he's hot.

So there....

I REALLY hope they make a two!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do we really need a movie that has high intelligence level all the time ? No! It's refreshing that some movies you don't have to think to.

I feel sorry for elitists like yourself, and your troubled existance you call life. You & your opinions are SO amazing, you must struggle to share a space with this world full of plebs.

I went on a 'rampage' last month and grabbed 10-20 of the Top50 movies on IMDB. From the 50's, 60's, 70's... Many black & white. I gave concession that they're dated, and 'for the time', and even the hype of their rating... and they were still some of the worst movies I've ever seen. Absolute snoozefest.

Movies like The Losers make no excuses & don't pretend to be world-class literature. It's light watching, easy on the eyes... and guarantees we can chill-out in a soft-chair for some down-time. "There's a time and a place"...

The Losers delivers exactly what it advertises.

Eating fillet minion with a fine wine is great, but every now then you need a greasy pizza and a sixxer of PBR to keep things on an even keel.
