Why don't people like J.Lo?

because j.lo is a fake, listless experience. she hasn't made a single record that will stand the test time...her last one already sounding dated. her need to appeal to the masses has turned her into some brash golden haired washed out version of an over 30 britney spears.

having said that...JENNIFER LOPEZ rocks!!! And it was good to see her back in rare form in El Cantante. I don't understand why this film has gotten such low votes and ratings other then to speculate that those holding the reins were Latinos and not caucasians. I was a big fan of Jennifer Lopez until she morphed into the beige white washed paper mache pin up doll J.Lo. I wait with bated breath as age and children bring her back around.

everyone has negative remarks about her because they are just stupid.
jennifer is so amazing. especially in this movie. her performance was incredible and blew me away. for those who cant see it, too bad for you.

It's great if people do like her but I don't because I think she's just so-so...her music sounds all the same...i personally don't like her acting...ok, she may have worked hard and have succeeded in the business...i put it down to acumen and luck instead of artistic talent. Anyway, other artists have a fair share of lovers and haters too, JLo is just one of many.

When she does well in her role, she should be given credit where credit is due. Too many people are jealous of her, that's why.

I have wondered the same thing. People go on and on about her having no talent but I beg to differ. She is a weak singer but a great performer/dancer and a perfectly fine actress. She has more actual talent than Madonna ever had. There are plenty of no talent pop stars around (Katy Perry, anyone?). JLo isnt one of them. Then there is the fact that she is in my opinion one the most gorgeous women on the planet.
