Why I Refuse to Pay to See This Film

According to James Gunn, when it comes to Ezra's future in the DCU: "We’re just gonna have to wait and see, you know? I mean, we’ll see how things go, so, you know…"

That's code for 'If the film's successful, Ezra will still have a contract with us."

SCREW EZRA. 😠

The same applies to Amber Heard.

As much as I liked the first Aquaman, and as much as Michael Keaton's Batman is an obsession of mine, I refuse to maintain the careers of CRIMINALS and ABUSERS like Ezra and Amber. Besides, even if this film turns out to be good, it's not being made by Tim Burton, and so it feels like a travesty of the BRILLIANT 1989 and 1992 Batman films (which don't in any case need sequels).

Did you notice how in Ezra’s public apology he apologized to everyone he “alarmed and upset,” but left out of his apology anyone/everyone that Ezra physically or psychologically abused, assaulted, victimized….

Fuck this weasel.
Ezra is just another sociopathic narcissist who skates accountability at the expense of the individuals he/they have victimized.

Or it's corporate BS for 'He's gone, but we can't say so yet as we have a movie to promote'.

Why do you need to have someone unemployed for something they did in their personal lives?
