How come guys can't share in any of this possession fun?

It's more fun to see them go crazy and do awful stuff.

i think from a film making standpoint they garner more sympathy than a guy would. they are more vulverable and innocent so when they do turn in these movies the transformation is pretty jarring. but it's like this in most horror movies. women tend to be the target in a lot of these genres

shareto the OP because no one wants to see a GUY naked and getting horny on cam. Sexualizing the character at least a little bit is a MUST for possession movies, otherwise how would u be able to tell when she is really possessed? If you treat the plot and the girl with kiddie gloves, then it decreases the "suspension of belief." And it makes it harder for the audience to know when she is possessed.
With girls you can dress them up in a sexy way. With guys it's either they are sexy or they are not, there's no way to make them sexier with type of clothing.
The general perception in this society ruled by boys is that women are the weaker sex, > Eve in the bible.
I don't know why we all can't agree it's 50/50 and just relax and have a good life.
