Is only me, or Reeves is usless as an actor?

He plays everywhere the same, no matter Matrix or Street Kings, he's totally unconvincing. Apart from his character the movie was GREAT !!!

Reeves is weak.However,Denzel Washington,John"The Duke" Wayne and Samuel Jackson are in the same boat.
After all,we are not talking about Sir Lawrence Olivier here.

He's not a character actor, and while his range is limited I disagree with him being a bad actor. I find many of his roles perfectly convincing, but often let down by the script or the kind of performance expected of him.
