Most Ridiculous Movie Scene EVER!

At around 35 mins into the films there is a scene where Frank Martin realises there is a bomb attached to the bottom of his car, he is forced to drive off from the baddies at gunpoint. He accelerates at this crane dangling in the air and then manages to drive up a ramp rolling the car as it flies through the air. He perfectly judges everything and the hook at the bottom of the crane just knocks the bomb off the underside of the car. The car finishes its spin perfectly landing back on its wheels and speeds off.

LOL

Has anyone got a more ridiculous movie scene than this one?

I gotta say, if you decided to watch this movie and didn't expect any kind of unrealistic scenes, you were kidding yourself..

Personally, i knew it would happen, (doesn't it always with hollywood?) but i have to say there were 2 things that made it just slightly more ridiculous than i expected

1. that woman walking around in her underwear for the entire movie, it made no sense and was just completely ridiculous

2. the private plane crash, not so much the fighting, but the fact that as it plummeted towards the ocean at a considerable speed, Franks reaction was 'oh *beep* and then he proceeded to jump towards the back of the plane and not get flattened by the equivalent of hitting a brick wall on a motorbike at 300mph

But apart from that, i think i expected it, i mean, yes the car/bomb scene was crazy, but i think we should remember this movie is about a guy who is good at driving, so while unrealistic, i think it was still somewhat warranted..

I mean, if it was just 2 hours of a guy driving around and obeying all the traffic laws we would all be pissed off at how boring it was, but that would be completely realistic

I think the movie was supposed to be ridiculous. Kind of a TOTAL fantasy, "regular guy with no cape" super hero. I found it amusing and fun and not serious. The most ridiculous movie not, but close to it. I would watch it again with 2 martini's and a few girlfriends!

I have to say I was a bit dissapointed in Transporter 2. I mean, the first part was GREAT! All the scenes were "realistic". Realistic scenes as in NO MATRIX JUMPING 10-FEET HIGH LANDING ON A VEHICLE WHILE JUMPING OUT THE WINDOW OF A BUILDING scenes. I really didn't mind the car bomb scene, nor the landing-from-one-building-to-another scene, but the scene where Frank jumps almost 10 feet high without even moving and staying airbourne for a couple of seconds is just too much. I never thought of Frank as a Superman in a suit, but a retired military pilot for what he really is. AND one top of all that, Shu Qui does not star to the sequel which is totally stupid because Frank NEVER left her as he did the family he did errands for in this movie

I loved this movie and thought it was awesome simply because everything was so unrealistic and awesome. I don't go to the movies for boring, romantic films, though I do get dragged to them, I go to the movies for films like these. 90 minutes of pure action and fun.

Shooting down a heli with 9mm is unforgiveable. Anime inspired *beep*
