I would definitely say Erin. She shouldn't have been part of the show at all. She was made overly stupid and naive, and she didn't look funny at all. Completely redundant and unfunny character. Don't know whether it's the actor herself or what's the reason, but damn her character was poorly executed.

I hate Will Ferrell (this guy plays the same unfunny, agressive man-child character in absolutely everything) and thank god he was there for just 3 episodes and wasn't the permanent replacement for Micheal. I would have stopped watching had he stayed.
I don't hate Will Ferrell but it annoys me knowing that Michael will eventually be gone once the Deangelo character shows up.

Personally, I don't get all the hate for Erin here, but that's just my opinion. Didn't like her as much as some characters, but didn't really hate her as much as the ones I mentioned.
