The way the film was directed was annoying. It seemed to be a try hard attempt to confuse the audience, the special effects were cheap and over the top, I got the impression that the director just wanted to be David Lynch (surreal) or Michel Gondry (camera trickery)

Why does everyone love this film? The story wasn't too bad, and at best I was interested throughout - but everything about the way this film was directed/photographed was ANNOYING

Yes, this movie DID end with "it's all just a dream," but this is the first time that didn't bother me.

Why don't you stick to Disney films?

I feel cheated.
The whole movie you see is about the search of the psychiatrist, and some scenes with Henry
So in the end we must be satisfied that that all was in the mind of Henry?
Thats a very cheap way to get away with it.

So Henry made up de pychiastrist and the suicide of his girlfriend?
Because he saw their faces after the accident?

Why show us the story of the psychiatrist at all, while it is just a dream?
Everything fits, because its a dream, pffff
Why was the woman upset when she saw all the Henry paintings?
No one knows, because it is just all a dream...

Cheated, yes, thats the right name for it...

I wanted to see some explanation of the mind of Henry, why he knew it was gonna hail,...
No, it was all a dream...

I agree with Throwaway50000, there is nothing to understand here, it all doesnt make sense and it is even not mend to be there is some sense in it, the end twist is just an accident in traffic, WOW...
