How old are you people who have seen it?

I've been hearing comments that this movie is for "old people". I guess that's because most of the actors are older, but still. Like, I'm 15 and I loved it. Partly because Jeremy Irons is my idol. So how old was everyone when they saw it?

I'm 23 and I saw it with my 17 year old sister and we both liked it a lot!

I'm 38,which may seem "old' to you but, trust me,it really isn't.;-) Anyway,I've always loved "costume dramas" and movies that take place in the past. I guess I'm an "Old Soul" cause I've been that way since I was a kid. Btw,weren't the clothes great in the movie? Robyn

I'm 16, saw it on a date. We both had a great time, though it was maybe less for the movie than for the company. To its credit, Annette Bening was absolutely fantastic, my attention was kept. Can't say the same about the editing though, there were some awkward cuts. *shrugs*

It's great to see that this movie serves to a range of people. Once again, I'm 15 and am in love with the film. Annette Benning was great! I loved the way she included the people in her life in the play at the end - "B-E-N" - very clever. And the clothes were really cool. And after learning about history up until now in school, I could say that the dance they were doing at the beginning was "the Charleston!" They portrayed that time period wonderfully. I just have to convince my parents and friends' parents that it's not just for people over forty!

I'm 25 and I loved it. I only wanted to see it because of the director, István Szabó and I didn't expected to like the movie because it isn't his sytle (comedies, I mean). But it was just fun. I enjoyed every minute and Bening was great, she was the perfect Julia Lamberth and in the last scene.....! :))
I love this movie, I really wanted her to win the Academy Award; she deserved it so much!

I'm 20 ( that's not old, is it? ) and I loved it.

When I get up, I don't know if I'm truly awake, or if I'm still dreaming.

I'm also fifteen and my mother and I went to see it last weekend because it was playing at a second-run movie theatre owned by my friend's parents. It isn't really the type of thing either of us would have picked to see in a larger movie theatre, but we each walked out of the theatre smiling and not feeling as if we had wasted two hours (as is usual custom).

BUT I was the youngest person in the theatre by eighteen years. I happen to know that because everyone in the theatre, save my mother and I, had a head of white hair. :P
