Oh my gosh I'm *beep* bricks right now how is it that i had no idea they were actually doing more episodes. I had been hearing rumors for a while now so I just started to tune it out but oh my gosh they are actually finishing it quick and dirty too oh my gosh amazing. Okay now they just need to finish Ranma and I can die fairly content.

shareI can't believe that entire e;isode focused on Shippo! That was the worst part of the manga. I loved the Mediou storyline with Sesshomaru and him finally showing emotion towards Rin. That was probably my favorite storyline in all of the series.

I'm with itshappeningsofast. I didn't like the fact that the episode was about Shippo. That could have easily been a 5-10 scene and showed something cool. Most story lines with Shippo are so boring because they never focus on anything important. Killing,slaying demons,the shikon jewels.

Exactly, I hate to be biast..but Shippo has always been my least favorite character. NONE of his stories have ever been interesting. Meeting Sesshomaru's mother and seeing how he nearly lost it thinking Rin was dead was some serious character devolpment. I can't believe they left that all out. Not to mention His mother pointing out to Kohaku that Tensegia cannot save him was important too.
Maybe they'll some how squeeze all that in? Can we have an episode do over? haha.

Oh I'm sure they will fit Sesshy's mom and the Rin angst in, I am certain the animators realize how important that is to the fans, especially those who have read the manga.

Sheesh, you had me worried for a bit there. Don't forget that Sesshoumaru's encounter with his mother and his trip to the underworld didn't happen until later in the storyline. It hasn't been left out; they just haven't reached it yet.
Since it's how he masters Meidou Zangetsuha before it gets handed off to Inuyasha, I'll be surprised if it doesn't make it into the series. At worst it might be combined into one episode with another story arc, even though there's enough material in it to make an episode by itself.
The pacing on the most recent episode was a little better. They're still cramming a lot of stuff into each episode, at the expense of proper development - Mouryoumaru absorbing Inuyasha's Kongousouha came off very poorly - but at least this time it all fit together better thematically.
Kinka/Ginka and Inuyasha's Adventures In Making Tessaiga Not Burn Him should really each be their own episode, though. Eh, we'll see.
