Lizzie, Lizzie, Lizzie. First of all, the style is just better. It doesn't have the obnoxious laughtrack. Lizzie McGuire had those emotional moments that just don't happen on Miley's show. When they have a dramatic moment on Hannah Montana, it's ruined by the *awwwww* response from the "audience". Usually it's also followed by a funny moment - and I use the world "funny" loosely here. That's another thing - Lizzie was funny but it wasn't forced. Hannah Montana is just not funny at all! Last, I agree that kids can't relate to Miley. She's someone they can idolize, but Lizzie was someone to look up to. She had a normal life, like anyone who would watch the show, and was a good role model. Also, Miley seems really conceited to me.

Definitely Lizzie McGuire, it deals with what real teens have to go through in life. How many kids these days live double lives as a rock star and a student? Lizzie is funnier, more memorable and Hilary Duff was a better actress.

I was in sixth grade when Lizzie Mcguire was on and I loved that show to death. I literally hated Hilary when the show ended! However, I'm around Miley's age and I love Hannah Montana too. Lizzie was completly relatable, if a little older than me. While "Miley Stewart" is relatable too, she also has the alter-ego most girls dream of, making her life a dream to live. It's also a little easier for me to relate too as I'm the main character's age. However, my love for the show about Lizzie is undeniable, and I don't think it's fair to compare them. In my mind, they're even.

Side note: Gordo is hotter than Oliver, but Nick J is hotter than Gordo!

lizzie McGuire i can relate more to and can put myself into her shoes more.
Hannah I find more entertaining, but over all it would have to be Lizzie.

Lizzie McGuire. It may be because I was in high school when Lizzie was on and was more of a kid and now I'm in my twenties, but still:

Lizzie was shot beautifully. It didn't have a laugh track to tell me what was funny. The acting was better. There were no dumb catchphrases. Her music wasn't shoved in your face. Just overall the quality was so much better. No comparison. Same goes with Even Stevens: so much better than Hannah Montana.
