One Of The Best Heist Movies
I've watched this multiple times and now I'm watching it again.. Surprised the mentally challenged community didn't see this in modern day and rag on Edward Norton for acting as one??

shareI love this film too, and no one ragged on Norton for his portrayal of Brian due to the fact that he didn’t go full send like Penn did in I am Sam.
shareBUMP.. I never grow tired of watching this or any movie involving a good heist.. The SCORE is one movie I could watch probably twice a week and never get tired of it.. HEAT is another one despite being older and DEN OF THIEVES is basically a rip off of HEAT shot for shot but still very entertaining
shareI liked it, saw it for the first time this week. The Score also has a good score (instrumental music) too! It didn't have the ensemble of memorable characters like Heat did but is pretty good.
I was so waiting for that moment when the real Brian / Jack was revealed to his older janitor buddy.
Try making The SCORE in 2025 while having Edward Norton portray a mentally challenged individual and the left would have a field day over it
shareSo, the opening scene is where? Boston? And he is getting back into Canada without going through the border. Obviously to try and not have a presence in US. Great scenery throughout. I think that this movie is more of a movie to anticipate the double-cross than a heist movie. One scene is the same as in Heat verbatim - do not pass go…. But I am happier with ending - even though I keep thinking that there are many things De Niro left behind that would lead back to him. Same with Max. Just having a fence for a $33M scepter seems slim to me. What if that person decides against it like the opening scene where the person was in a casket and they had to find a new buyer. Still really entertaining. Vieux Montreal is beautiful.
I think I enjoy watching Melville heist movies more tho but they never got away with it. Le Cercle Rouge, Bob le flambeur, and so on. There’s nothing like Heat in my opinion.
