I was around 5 and i still remember all the songs. My sister and close cousin and I would dance and sing along with the movie and the parents were like, "Should they be watching this??" It was freaking hilarious when we sang Momma I Love You on Mothers Day. Haha. I love that movie I just saw it for the first time in years.

I remember the first time I ever heard any of their songs was back in second grade when I was 7. My sister who was 9 bought a tape and I listened to it a little.

I was 16 in 1996, so I was considered "old" to be a Spice Girls fan compared to some of the others who have posted here. LOL. I actually hated them when they first came out, but then I slowly changed my mind about them and I really became a fan in 1998 when they went on tour in the US without Geri. I wish I had seen them live now. They were a lot of fun. I miss those girls!

i was 5 when i got into them, and really until a week ago i havent listened to them since 1998 when Geri left. i swore off the Spice Girls, i was so mad and i cried that they were over. now i dont see why i liked them, but i like them for other reasons. ive been listening to depressing music lately, like emo and punk and such, and when im in such a mood all i need is Green Day saying nothing will be ok. so right now the Spicies saying it will be fine helps. idk. im going to HS tomorrow. im a freshman. im nervous. so ill listen to Spice Up Your Life instead of I'm Not OK on the bus. lesse how that goes...its a confusing time for me, my friends are gone, my parents are fighting, my sister is becoming a teen, getting less and less nice, i dont know anyone in my school, and the Spice Girls are all that is helping me now. so shameful that theyre never coming back. just read my signature and take sg out of it. i dont just put it for the Spice Girls, its got a hidden "message" if you will. anyway

Viva Forever. And then the Spice Girls broke up.

YEP i was 6. lol now that i look back on it, its depressing. lol. those were the DAYS... i loved them, but after awhile they bothered me. they were popular where i lived up until like, '99...and as soon as the millienium hysteria hit, bye bye spice girls, helloooo poo-chi! (who remembers THOSE hahah i had a purple one..go fig) anyway, up until then, i had a scrapbook, a shirt, something i cant remember what it is, a movie, and all the damn dolls except that friggin "hard to find" geri doll...still havent seen even one...grr...

I was 13 and already being bullied enough for not fancying them or Pamela Anderson or some whores and wishing they would die and instead preferred hot men like Ronan Keating or Fillipo Inzaghi (Italian footballer) or the really cute Hungarian boyband (cannot remember their name) who sang at the Eurovision in 1997. (I was at an all-boys school, btw)
