I don't buy for a second that Jordan O'Neil could make it into the Navy SEALs

The Navy SEAL training is so tough that most of the men who do it don't make it through. Then this short, skinny woman comes along who was picked for the training because she looked so attractive and we're so supposed to believe she could make it through? She had no ambition to do the training and merely accepted the opportunity given to her. How could this little woman get through this training that most men that were much bigger and stronger than her couldn't do? It completely defies believability.

The training O'Neil goes through is for the Navy Combined Reconnaissance Team, which is a made up unit. I think they had her do that in the movie instead of going through actual SEAL training because no one could ever actually buy that she could make it through SEAL training. In this way the movie subtly reinforces how many people already feel about women in the military.

BIGGER AND STRONGER DON'T GET THAT JOB DONE. NOEMOJI

reply

You're missing the point. As I said, most men that were much bigger and stronger than her who started the training couldn't complete it. Being bigger and stronger isn't enough on its own to get the job done but it clearly is a necessary ingredient. That's why all the men who did complete the training were much bigger and stronger than her.

reply

I GET THE POINT NOW...YOU DIG BIG STRONG MEN...THAT'S COOL...NO REASON TO BADMOUTH ALL THE WOMEN...THAT WE NOW KNOW YOU HAVE NO INTEREST IN. NOEMOJI

reply

I'm not "badmouthing" all women. I'm simply attacking the idea that Jordan O'Neil of all women could ever make it into the Navy SEALs.

Ever read two famous books: Mindset and Grit?

IQ and talent can't decide a human's achievement, Mindset and Grit are!

reply

there are no female navy seals who have made it through train.

not even black make it through until they change train course to let them in for pc.

if any female make it through it is only because they change course time.

blame it on western debauched pc culture that teach insecure woman that they have no value unless they do what man do.

I don't know anything about Green Beret training. I don't know if it's as physically tough as Navy SEAL training. I'm not saying that I know for certain that no woman could ever get through Navy SEAL training. I'm just saying there's no way that Jordan O'Neil could do it. And I have no idea how much of a physical difference there is between Jordan O'Neil and this woman who completed Green Beret training.

reply

Dud, If a dipwad like Robert O'Neil could make it, I am fully confident Jordan O'Neil could make it.

reply

That's an extremely poor argument. Robert O'Neill wasn't just a Navy Seal but a member of Team 6. He won 4 Bronze Stars and 2 Silver Stars. The worst you could say about him is that he may have lied about what he did on some missions while on Team 6. But he seems to have been a fully competent Seal by every measure so there's no reason to think he struggled to get through Seal training anymore than anyone else who successfully completed the training. There's absolutely no reason to compare him to Jordan O'Neil.

reply

The 90s was the start of the pc age. You can blame crappy movies like this for making woke women think they can do anything a man does.

Even the most elite soldiers drop out of seal training. It's a fantasy to think a woman could make any special forces team, they couldn't even keep up with men training to be regular army. The navy seals are not for women.

YOU HAVE UGLY THOUGHTS...MIGHT WANNA BE QUIET FOR A WHILE.

reply

I didn't think THE KRAZY KOWALSKI was a friggin incel, but here we go.

reply

There's nothing ugly about reality, unless you decide you want to view it that way.

There's a reason that no women play in the NFL, NBA, or MLB. There's a reason for men's and women's categories in the Olympics.

At the peak of physical performance, women can't do what men can do physically. That's just facts. No amount of mindset or grit can change that.

Pointing this out is not hating or badmouthing. It's just simple observation.

If you're not aware, CAG now has women in their ranks serving in G Squadron. Typically it's for intel gathering, but to be included on the CAG roster in general, is quite a feat.

reply

I see no problem here. There's no reason a woman can't do that job.

reply

Seals is so over rated.

Typical Americans make out everything they have is the best.

It's not about peak performance you really are showing you have no clue.

reply

I spent 8 years in the US Marines. We had women in our company serving in support or administration roles. They were simply not physically capable of doing the things men did.

reply

Depends on the person.

You could say the same for many men.

its not only about physical side but mental and intelligence.

reply

No, it doesn't. There's a physical limit to what women are capable of compared to men.

There's a reason that no women play in the NFL, NBA, or MLB. There's a reason for men's and women's categories in the Olympics.

reply

You are repeating the same dumb things.

Playing a sport is nothing like serving in the military.

You sound like a troll so run along maybe on day you will gain some knowledge or experience and it will pop into your head how stupid you was.

reply

We're not talking about "serving in the military." We're talking about SEAL training.

Women simply cannot do what men are capable of doing at an elite level.

I'm not sure how this is confusing or controversial. It's simply facts.

reply

You are not talking about anything with sense.

Again you keep repeating BS claiming all women are equal.

You do not even understand how the system works and how biased it is.

Very few women even attempt to try for it what really is the appeal over taking other military roles none really.

SEALS is military you do not even understand this.

another ignore button pressed too many of you idiots on this place who have never left your mums basement.

reply

From what I've read, SEALs have tried to go DEI, but the female candidates simply couldn't cut it and they wouldn't lower the criteria to allow them in.
