can't believe this movie is only rated PG
For a PG rated film they sure have gotten away with a lot of things they sure can't get away with today, this movie IMO would easily be PG-13 if it was released today.

-There was quite a lot of cussing for a kids movie. At one point they use the word shit in like 4 consecutive sentences along with various other cuss words throughout the movie.
-You have the character Snik who smokes and rips a monsters head. Snik ends up getting set on fire with a flamethrower at the end of the movie.
-The Boy character literally gets his face melted off.
-There’s the raunchy TV show at the beginning and then the climax to The Fly.
-Maurice drinks a kids apple juice and then refills it with his own urine.
