I'd rather have a reboot more like the book. But considering the book is more R rated than the original movie and has a premise where Jessica Rabbit did a porno comic in her past, and that Roger Rabbit is murdered towards the beginning, I doubt Disney would ever do it. If you are interested you should read the book. It's called Who Censored Roger Rabbit by Gary Wolfe.
