Does anyone else actually hate this movie?

Am I the only person in the world who hates this movie I used to get forced to watch it and the many mind-numbing sequels when I was a kid

"Oh darling, half the fun of eating meat is hacking it up!"

YES tgus is the best movie ever...

I'm sure there would be other people who dislike this movie.

I actually quite like it, though that may be due to my being a prehistory nut.

On the other hand, I am not so fond of the sequels. They just don't get me as much as the original (then again, that's the nature of many sequels).

I doubt you're the only person to hate this movie. I'd bet there are some creationists who consider this movie blasphemy.
In all seriousness, I don't blame you for being sick to death of something you've had to watch over and over again. So they actually forced you to watch it?

Now why would you bring up religion at a time like this?

You want to play the game, you'd better know the rules, love.

Honestly as a kid I think I only liked the villain Sharptooth cause the T-Rex was my favorite dinosaur. Didn't really care about the main characters cause I liked meat eaters more than plant eaters.

Its utterly nauseating. I hate it and it got precisely no positive reaction from my daughter either.

I wouldn't have bothered looking at the boards for the film except that I was so bewildered that it had a rating above 7. I've given it 3, but do wonder if I was too generous. The voices grated from the very beginning and by the end were feeling like fingernails dragged down a blackboard. The animation was a reasonable quality, other than the fact that everyone looked really dopey in it. Well drawn but dopey.

The combined effect was to sit through a film with stupid irritating and nauseating characters. Not a great starting point. I wish I could unsee this.
