I don't know what the secret meaning would be, I think they're just elements of the story. But I can't really tell what is in the reddish/orange circle at the bottom. I think it's supposed to be a dead body. Maria the mute pregnant girl is in the yellow, a gun in the orange. And possibly a body in the red/orange one. But I don't think it's secret.
