The Original Script 'Smokey IS the Bandit', Who'd Like A Copy???

You read right! I recently managed to obtain a copy of the original script for 'Smokey IS The Bandit'. Quite the Holy Grail for Smokey and the Bandit fans! If you'd like to receive a copy, I can send it to you as a PDF file.

Please send a PM to me and it will be yours!

I was just about to post the same thing because a movie buff friend just sent me the PDF script last night. You beat me to it.

So I read the script and yeah, it pretty much follows the released product almost word for word. And Gleason's Bandit is oddly mute until the end of the film. My only guess is because he would sound nothing like Burt if he spoke at length and would further make the audience go "WTF is going on??". I was also curious if Colleen Camp was intended to be in the film all along or was also added last minute with Jerry Reed.
I wonder if the use of the '83 Trans Am was intended or if they were still imagining him in the '70s era F-body ones from the first two films.
