The last shot of Leia & Jabba before the slave bikini unveiling was Jabba licking Leia's face. Jabba was obviously ready for a romp with Leia, and what happens next is left completely up to imagination, being a PG film and all.
Come to think of it, I have no idea how ROTJ was rated PG in 1983... you have half naked ladies running around, you have Oola's boob's bouncing about, and bouncing out of their covers, you have the entire Jabba's palace scenes which are crazy violent and gross, and then you have Emperor Palpatine electrocuting Luke Skywalker to death.
Should have been PG-13.

Most violence is ok for PG so long as there is not too much blood, a little nudity is ok too. you just can't show full-frontal nudity or sex acts, which might corrupt young minds.

There was no PG-13 rating in 1983. PG-13 was introduced in 1984 after the release of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
