Saw them all, in a theater, except VTAK. Wouldn’t sit through a one of them now except #1. Couldn’t — for me, they’re unwatchable.

I like the fact that a few people here have listed TSWLM and Moonraker close together. This is how it should be.
Rankings are of course subjective but given that the films are practically identical in term of plot and execution (underwater substituted with space, sneaking on submarines substituted with sneaking on space shuttles, etc) I can't take the opinions seriously of those rate them differently.
Generally this will be TSWLM as a top Bond film with Moonraker being derided. However I think these rating smack of following the Craig "Bond" fan mindset of dismissing the Moore entries. From some reason I can't fathom though, they want to give TSWLM and, more recently notably, FYEO passes. I get the mental gymnastics around FYEO but the TSWLM pass is a mystery to me...
