Seven has a thick atmosphere, the whole film is dripping with nihilism and evil.
Blade Runner is all atmosphere, the constant rain, night time and synth score are completely transporting.
Speaking of Ridley, Alien is an equally powerful mood piece. Beyond the creature, the whole universe feels nasty and hostile to life.
I thought the original The OMEN(1976) did a good job being a followup to this movie
