OMG! The funniest scene EVER...

I am watching the movie at this very moment, but i had to post this.

the funniest scene in this movie is definitely the elevator scene in the united world building, where batman read's the sign next to the "up" button in 7 different languages before he figured out that it's the "up" button... now that's comedy!

Salt and corrosion, the infamous old enemies of the crimefighter

This was only on the DVD commentary but Burt Ward says "Jaws" at the first sighting of the shark (by the audience). Interesting to hear Ward make a comment about a 70s culture phenomenon. Seeing that Batman ended in '68.

I thought it was funny when Batman threw the cat into the life boat, then said "Bon Voyage, pu**y!" (as in cat! lol)

Yes, and no-one was trying to attack Batman while he was doing it.

Thank you so much for this! I love the scene, it's one of my favourites in the film!

The two moments I love- When Penguin is disguised as Commodore Shmidlapp and Batman calls him out on it and Penguin very innocently responds to the allegation with, "Penguin? Wahp wahp wahp! Who is this Penguin?" (I can't think of a better way to spell his laugh)

And when the Dynamic Duo is magnetized to the buoy and jamming the torpedoes frequency, after three or so, Batman looks down at his jammer, almost embarassed, and declares, "Confounded! The batteries are DEAD!"

This movie is full of hilarious bits, some days, you just can't git rid of a bomb.

I have to love the scene where Catwoman is writhing at the periscope, making that multi-octave, "murr, murrr, murrrr," and the pirate looks at her as if it's the weirdest thing he's ever seen.
