Fans of the movie- How old are you?

I hope I'm not coming off as creepy or anything haha. But I'm just curious. I'm 17 and I've been watching this movie over and over throughout my life. My mom introduced it to me when I was about 3 or 4 years old. It's remained one of my all time favorites. I think I've seen this movie more times than any other.

I'm thirty-three now, but I've loved this film for years and years. If I were to analyse it, I'd probably find out why, but I don't need to.

Funnily enough, I just thought to myself: "Whoever heard of a ghost in love?" and the image that came to my mind was of Heathcliff throwing open the window to Cathy. There is a window involved here, too, at the beginning, but I suppose more than that this film makes you feel that same sense of impossible yearning.

Making someone feel that, without allowing them to feel cheated. That's what a great love story is.

Bloody hell, I'm shocked, pleasantly shocked, at how many quinquagenarians and sexagenarians there are...

I'm 21...but I don't yet love this film...(Touch of Evil, Chinatown, North by Northwest on the other hand...).

I'm 44 now but I first saw this film back int he '70's when i was about 7 or 8 years old. Back then they'd syndicate the sitcom based on this story so I was interested in seeing the original film when i saw it listed in the TV Guide.

Unfortunately that one time that it aired, it came on at 3 in the morning! So me being the stubborn kid that i was, was determined to see this film. so I fought sleep hard and despite some nodding off beforehand and during the film, i actually saw it.

As you all know, the film has this melancholy almost dreamlike quality to it. And this is when watching it wide awake. Watching it fighting off sleep sort of increased this dreamlike quality for me when i saw it. and that is how I always remember this film.

I'm 26 and I'm watching it for the first time. I'm not even finished with it and I'm already in love with it!

I'm 46 and saw this movie several times growing up, but just saw it for the first time in many years on Netflix yesterday. It's theme of (almost) unrequited love is so romantic; I forgot how good it was! My 14 year old son watched it with me, and he seemed to enjoy it too. Oh, how I wish they would make more movies like that.

I'm 30. I just became a fan of older movies in the last few years, and this one was kind of difficult to find.
