Worldwide sales and rentals made them all successes. that's enough for the corporate people and one hell of alot more than any of us will make in our lifetimes.

shareTheaters aren't solely the benchmark of success anymore. They are moving movies to streaming rental very quickly for a reason, and at 30 bucks a pop, they do very well with in home rentals for new movies.

shareYes, a lot of people do. That's only if it's still in theaters, but if you have a family of 4, it's a huge savings. Particularly when you make your own popcorn and drink pop from the store. Rentals that are just after the theater run are usually 20 dollars for a few weeks.

Last time I paid for a movie was Star Wars Episode 2. Imagine paying money to waste your time. It's not like you really get any entertainment out of it. I may have watched a thousand movies but for most of them I should have been getting paid to watch and I only did it because it was marginally better than staring at the wall.
Sorry but the Menu isnโt a hit. With a $30 million budget it made $38 million domestically and only $79 million worldwide.
