Eh, the chunk works for her character. She look like a hardass bitch who doesn't give a rat's ass what anyone thinks, the sort of gal who'd have to decide between looking appealing and enough heft to be of use when she has to wrestle her enemies to the ground... and decide that being able to throw assholes to the ground is more important than looking good.
It also puts a female character in the series, without any possibility of a romantic attraction. "The Mandalorian" is carrying on the grand Star Wars tradition of keeping sex off the screen, and it totally works for the character of Mando, who is so uptight and emotionally isolated that he obviously isn't getting involved with anyone. Mando's relationship with Cara isn't going to turn romantic and everyone knows it, even though he's learned how to love another being now he isn't ready for a relationship, and she's the kind of woman who's more likely to steal a man's girlfriend than to become one.
