not seeing it - they look natural to me
furthermore, the lil mermaid pic you've picked is utter crap, with odd angle, etc

the added weight is a possibility btw - do keep in mind that all people have different places where the body stores fat - in the end though, i'm not seeing a huge bump in the chest area to warrant any of this bs
