The Enquirer should be EASY MONEY if the story is untrue. So why isn't she suing?

The story is not in the Enquirer, therefore there wouldn't be any lawsuit.
You're not calling the story rumor or innuendo. You're treating it as fact and I'm calling you out for the liar and gossipmonger you are.
She's not suing her father. Harry and Meghan are suing a newspaper. The courts will decide if there was any wrongdoing, not you. Her father wants to testify according to his daughter. He can make more money by doing more interviews and selling more private letters to the media.
