Honestly, they tried pushing her out, but they didn’t think Harry would leave with her. He put his wife first as he should. Good for him. And he still isn’t over how his mom was treated, which makes him sympathetic toward Markle even more.

The "Royals" are 90% spectacle. Their very existence is pageantry. They have very strict rules of conduct and ceremony. Speech, dress, conduct, etc. All are loaded with expectation and tradition. So if someone/anyone joins the club and doesn't work at fitting in (or even having a desire to) then they will be treated as the nail that sticks out. The squeaky wheel. That MM is a woman of color% suddenly makes it racism? Embarrassing.

MM knew what she was marrying into and yet has buyers remorse. I didn't like her long before she got involved in this. But I thought it was just how poorly her character was written in the otherwise decent show Suits. Turns out that she is not a cool person IRL.
