Thomas Markle was the long-time lighting director on General Hospital. Meghan Markle needed her SAG card to get work as an actress. He pulled strings to get her an "Under Five" role on General Hospital and she got her SAG card.

Once she got that elusive SAG card, it was bye bye Daddy - and she never looked back

He also claims that he paid her way through acting school, and yet she claims that it was she paid for it herself when interviewed. Both her dad and sister have complained about this.

It's not impossible to get a SAG card. I'm sure she was capable of getting one but if the story is true and her father called in a favor, so what?
