No, matter how much plastic surgery or makeup Pwinty has he will never be a she. Anatomy markers can't be faked and will give the person away every time.
shareI agree with that, though I have no reason to believe "Pwinty" is a man. She looks female in her pictures, but that doesn't mean she's really a she. The real question is: why do we care? It doesn't seem that she is an actress, or even pursuing an acting career. That one lunatic whose name I can't recall was (and maybe still is? I blocked him) posting here a dozen times a day obsessing over her, but beyond him... who cares?
