Again, he's a hero..and the prosecution's witness should be on trial

All the bs aside let's look at this from a LOGICAL perspective.

Rittenhouse was carrying his weapon using proper gun discipline pointing it down and finger not on the trigger.

Grosskreutz admits to not being shot until he pointed his gun at Kyle's head. Once he pointed the gun at Kyle's head Kyle was within his LEGAL right to defend himself....anyone who owns a rifle and takes a class is told you do NOT point a weapon at someone unless you plan on using it. Grosskreutz basically fucked around and found out.

Grosskreutz admits his gun didn't have a valid permit.

So Grosskreutz is walking around town without a valid permit for his weapon and not knowing proper gun safety. He could have literally killed someone other than Kyle for being a complete and utter fucktard.

reply

Sounds like an awful lot of truth and facts. People don't like those two things. :)

reply

And he pointed the gun at KR with the intention to shut him.

UNPROVOKED!!!!!

That right there is text book attempted murder and he should be charged, SPECIALLY after his declaration in court ...

reply

Didn't he say that he was reacting to an active shooter?

reply

It does make me laugh people pushing this excuse. So what they're saying is he was a "good guy with a gun"?

And yet he did exactly what the people who poo poo the legitimacy of a "good guy with a gun" did. He didn't know the facts, went vigilante and got himself shot. He should have left that to the police.

reply

Refresh my mind what the smarmy witness, Grosskreutz stated were his feelings about bringing firearms to protests. Everyone needs to be aware of this.

reply

I'm just repeating what Grosskreutz said in court. You don't have to believe him.

reply

Yeah. I know. It's just a lot of people are trying to use that to justify his actions which is quite amusing.

reply

An "active shooter" that didn't shot him because he had his hands up. It is an insult to victims of real active shooters, to imply that all they had to do to live, was put their hands up and not threaten the shooter.

reply

Also, what these yahoos fail to admit is the fact when Grosskreutz‘s hands were raised Kyle’s firearm was lowered. It wasn’t raised until the lying jerk had his Glock aimed at Kyle’s head. This could be why the trajectory went to the arm and not the chest. Both were simultaneously done.

reply

So, what made him the authority of knowing who was the “active shooter”? Many people carried firearms…including this perjurer.

reply

Probably the same attitude that Rittenhouse used to justify shooting three people.

reply

FYI, Rittenhouse was justified in his shooting of the three people. There’s enough evidence to prove it so enlighten yourself by watching gavel to gavel coverage or doing actual research…not what people believe happened. COURTV is online so have at it!

reply

I work for a living and don't have time to watch it on TV. I have not formed on opinion as to his guilt or innocence. I should be able to comment on what people say in the trial without people losing their shit.

reply

You equated Grosskreutz‘s statement of there being an active shooter with Kyle saying he shot in self defense. Grosskreutz didn’t know who the supposed active shooter was. He saw Kyle running as were others. He saw Kyle with a weapon as others had, he also. He saw protesters attacking Kyle so this confirmed Kyle was the “active shooter”? Out of this chaos he draws his weapon and charges at Kyle not knowing a damn thing!

Yes, you have a right to comment, but your comment was a snarky assumption without knowing the whole testimony. We now are aware he was a combatant witness and also perjured himself on the stand.

I chastise people when they hear snippets of testimony and believe it has to be the truth. The Prosecution’s opening statement was a 180 of what the truth happened to be. It has left people in shock. His witnesses belied his opening statements.

reply

Liberals will still defend these creeps and demonize poor Kyle no matter how many facts get in their way.

A child molester, a doped-out guy who held his granny at knifepoint & choked his brother, and a guy in a Satanic Baphomet-design facemask with an illegal gun. These are the great heroes and martyrs the left idolizes.

A kid who volunteers for his community and wants to be a police officer is like poison to them. They recoil from civic-minded people like Kyle the way Dracula recoils from a cross, hissing and spitting.

reply

And people wonder why Democrat run cities are all crime infested shitholes. If you want lawn and order. And you want security. Don’t vote Democrat.

reply

Whenever I am forced to visit a Democrat-run city, I feel like I am in dangerous, hostile country. Their downtowns swarming with aggressive, high or insane homeless beggars, the tent cities under the overpasses, the ghettos and the filth and graffiti and burnt-out cars, the crime reports in the news... I feel pity for anyone forced to live in those hell-holes who doesn't vote Democrat, but the others deserve their self-inflicted fate.

reply

We're so close to life imitating art. Escape from New York and Escape from LA lol.

reply

That's exactly what it's like. I used to love those dystopian movies when I was a teenager, but having the world turn into that for real is just depressing and scary.

reply

Man, take this kid’s cock out your mouth already.

reply

The prosecutor should be disbarred he's crossed so many lines on purpose to try and manipulate the jury beyond the scope of what is allowed as evidence that has completely destroyed any credibility that would come from a guilty verdict. He knows he's done these things and does it anyways knowing full well that even if the verdict is guilty now that Kyle will be all but guaranteed an appeal that most likely would set him free for prosecutorial misconduct.

reply

You must be the smartest person in the tire store you work at.

reply

You're projecting again cunt boy.

reply

Seems like a Stupid Kid that did something stupid. It wasn't like this shit was happening in his neighborhood. He had his mommy drive him there for god sake.

reply

Crybaby Kyle is an example of what happens when mommy buys her punk an AR.

reply

Funny too, because every liberal says "kyle (someone who specifically went there to try to help improve the situation) shouldn't have been there" as the reason to paint him as the villain, but not one person mentions a good reason why Grosskreutz was there that wasn't specifically to cause more harm and damage while carrying an illegal gun.

reply

Who would your rather have to help out, a 30ish experience marine or army veteran or a 17 year old kid who had his mom drive him there. We don't let them Drive until there 16 years old. Now we want them running around on the streets shooting people. That a Great idea, School Shootings will go thru the roof.

Given the choice, I'd take the experienced Marine, sure. Too bad there aren't nearly enough Marines to do the job police aren't allowed to anymore.

Rittenhouse didn't intend to shoot anyone, but he ended up doing us a favor when the scum attacked him. The less scum on the streets looting, burning, and terrorizing the law abiding the better.
