Backing down before China and not honoring our commitment to Taiwan. Not a good look.

I agree that we should pull out of Ukraine and fuck the Ukrainian oligarchs.

But China is our real rival, not Russia. We need to back up Taiwan. We have an alliance.

He also said after 2029 Taiwan is on their own. That's a huge foreign policy blunder. We can't tell that to China even if it's true.

He's doing the usual "trying to dance around it" thing, where he's saying he was "misquoted," he was "taken out of context," etc. Then, on CNN, they just played his whole exchange with the reporter verbatim.
