As per NBC...

Trump's new DEI bill will aim to fire every person of color or trans person by May of this year. Trump's political team argues that "99% of DEI hires are unqualified for their positions" and were "only hired by establishments that were under pressure by the woke agenda."

DEI employees will have to file an appeal to keep their jobs, where they will be forced to explain why they are qualified for the position under intense investigation. However, Trump predicts that "probably around 90% to 95%" of jobs held by minorities or members of the LGBTQ will ultimately be vacated. Trump went on to say that the move "will be outstanding for the black community. They love me. This will allow them to form their own businesses away from white businesses. They can form their own 'Black Wall Street' without being forced into ours. It'll be a tremendous thing."

No not all white people are consistently the best workers — and I’m white.

But since white people make up a majority of the labor pool than other races then the best candidate will usually be white.

That’s why affirmative action was started.

I also currently work with PoC and have in the past and some of them are brilliant and damn good at their jobs.

That said, hires shouldn’t be based on race.

Hire the best qualified.

Period.

But that will usually end up being a white person based on what I said above.

It isn’t racist.

Just statistics.

By "prove every day that you spend your time there in a reasonable and effective way", you mean show up on time and do the job you were hired to do? That is a rather low bar.

I have had government and non-government jobs. The competition for promotions was harder in the government jobs.

Biden didn't say that. He said "if you've got a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, AND you ain't black --" then gets cut off by the interviewer before finishing wherever he was gonna say. Also, the interviewer was BLACK and TOOK NO OFFENSE to his comment. Hmm, if it were so racist, shouldn't the BLACK INTERVIEWER have been angry??? hmm....

No sir, I hardley watch FOX. I will see a clip here and there on YT. I have no taste in news sources as long as they arent complete lying psycopaths who dont see gaslighting their audience as a necessity.

Thats not entirly true becuase i watch alot of people who love to gaslight, I was just watching Hasan Piker yesterday. Now my ears are hemorrhaging. I'll also stop by the Young Turks once in a while just to see what that side is saying - whatever side TYT is on. Its not the Left OR the Right...but they still suck.

Thoughts?? I'm good with it and I'm simply done with the whole Transgender thing being shoved down my throat for the last 4 Years, so it's time for a change back to Normalcy like it used to be and if this is the way to start doing it, so be it
