I do not know of a single organization using a DEI policy, that only hired non-whites. Do I need to prove that 2+2=4 to you also?

For example, NASA had, until recently, a DEI program. NASA astronauts consist of about 50% white males, with the rest female or non-white. White males make up about 30% of the USA population.
