Mexico agrees to deploy 10,000 troops to US border in exchange for tariff pause

That Ladies and Gentlemen is The Art of the Deal. More WINNING for this Administration and our President and so much, I need to sit down just to take it all in 🍻

This is great news. RanB should love this.. Let's see if she comments on this victory.

reply

"She"??

I always visualized Ranb as a 50-year old dude living in his mommy's basement pounding on his keyboard in his underwear with Cheetos-stained fingers and yelling, "More meatloaf, mom!" up the stairs.

reply

No, that's luvthepros...

reply

Do you actually believe that any man with a cock between his legs would obsessively post about another man 30-40 times a day for a years?

RanB is like Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction except her obsession is President Trump instead of Michael Douglas.

Go back and read some of her posts and you will see how triggered she gets over little things. Go back and look at how she filled the whole first page with just her posts. There is no dude that would do that.

reply

I always thought these people were just first year journalism school students doing internships at the NY times or CNN, with 5 or 10 different handles.

reply

RanB is actually that old lady who told a vague story about Trump raping her in a department store change room decades ago, and the leftist Judge awarded her millions. That's how RanB can afford to be online posting about Trump all day and night.

reply

Well that makes sense.

reply

In related news, Canada offers to send a sled team armed with a slingshot to their border.

reply

The slingshots would only shoot Nerf balls.

reply

So far, Trump, Rubio, and other envoys have gotten Colombia, Venezuela, Panama, and Mexico to play along. How long will Fidel Junior hold out (against Canada's best interests, even ignoring the tariffs).

reply

Anything Mexico does to curb illegal immigration is good. Why would anyone think otherwise?

reply

Are you happy that President Trump forced Mexico to do this?

reply

It is encouraging that he has tried. We will have to wait and see if it works.

reply

I think he was just very surprised you did not say Mexico deployed 10,000 troops, and Trump was so scared he stopped tariffs.

reply

I suspect that Trump manufactures problems out of thin air, yells and screams about them, makes threats, then backpedals after claiming he has solved the problem.

I really do wish Trump would act in a responsible manner, for the good of the country. The president is just too powerful to be as reckless as Trump is.

reply

Strong leadership might seem reckless to timid cowards.

reply

Trump is a paper tiger. He cannot even be counted on to protect our 2nd Amendment rights. He folded like a lawn chair after a single mass shooting.

A strong leader would have held off on pausing tariffs only after Mexico put soldiers on the border. The paper tiger Trump folded on his threats as soon as he got a possible empty promise from Mexico. But you can go ahead and be impressed if you like. Makes you look rather weak though.

reply

lol nice try but fail, good creative writing attempt though. I like fiction.

reply

"Anything Mexico does to curb illegal immigration is good."

https://www.csis.org/analysis/understanding-impact-remittances-mexicos-economy-and-safeguarding-their-future-impact

Remittances from abroad account for roughly 4.5 percent of Mexico’s total GDP and form the largest single source of foreign income for Mexico, outstripping the income brought in by any other individual source, including foreign direct investment (FDI) from the United States, tourism, and net manufacturing exports. The total value of remittances increased by roughly 32 percent between 2019 and 2023, rising by an average of 5 percent per year.

Mexico is going to curb illegal immigration to USA?

reply

I wonder if the President has the power to levy taxes on moneys sent out of the USA. Charge Western Union, MoneyGram et al 50% of the amount sent. See what happens.

I would think the President can do it if the House and Senate approve.

reply

10,000 troops to combat the trade deficit? What are they supposed to do? Stop trucks legally transporting goods into the US?
10,000 troops at the Mexican border to prevent tourists who already are in the US from overstaying their visas?

Cmon, this is even for the limited brains of right wingers just too ridiculous.

reply

The libs are probably shitting their pants because trumps policies are actually working. It was hilarious watching them moan that we were going to regret not electing Kamala. Hahahahahaha, Mexico would have walked all over the dumb bitch.

reply

How are the Trump policies working now? Mexico has yet to bring soldiers to the southern border as of today. Their word does not really mean a thing, yet.

reply

They just agreed to it yesterday you idiot. Also I’d like to point out that the “trade war” never would have been necessary had Brandon and Kamala not opened the border. Don’t like it , blame those two fuckers. Seriously they spent 4 years fucking up the country and now you are literally complaining that it’s taking Trump longer than a day to clean it up.

reply

Yeah, they allegedly agreed to it, they have not moved a finger yet. Why do you trust the Mexican government so much?

The USA does over 600 billion in total trade with Mexico, slightly less than Canada and slightly more than China. Closing the border to trade will greatly disrupt the American economy.

I'm complaining that Trump is not fixing anything.

reply

You have no reason to believe Mexico won’t live up to their promise. You’re just a TDS infected butthurt libtard who needs to learn his place. None of this would have been necessary had Brandon and Kamala not opened the border, if you’re gonna get pissy then get pissy at those two fuckers

reply

I have no reason to believe that any government will live up to any promise they make until that promise is actually kept. That is the best position to take regarding any government promise.

Why do you trust Mexico so much? Is it because they have to keep their promises to make Trump look good?

If Mexico keeps their promise and manages to limit illegal immigration, than that is very good. If they don't, then this is a failure on Trump's part as he allowed a foreign power to manipulate him.

Why are you so opposed to trade with Mexico? How is that trade going to happen with a closed border?

reply

I don’t trust Mexico, I trust Trump to hold them accountable and get them to cooperate and so far he is doing an amazing job at that.

Most of your post is a strawman and I’m not going down that rabbit hole you dishonest little shit.

reply

Your trust in Trump is misplaced.

What will you claim if Mexico does not greatly limit illegal border crossing?

reply

It’s not misplaced, your unhinged and UnAmerican hatred of the man is misplaced. He is doing everything he can to fix the mess he was handed. Don’t like what he’s doing, blame Brandon and Kamala because all he is doing is responding to their failures.

reply

Evasion noted.

What will you claim if Mexico does not greatly limit illegal border crossing?

reply

No evasion at all, just giving you a much needed wake up call and dose of reality.

As for the border no matter what happens it’s Brandon’s and Kamala’s fault because they were the ones who opened the border. You have no one to blame for the rapes, drug trafficking , tariffs, etc than those two fuckers

reply

You got your ass beat. Trump should have built the wall like he promised.

reply

More evasion.

What will you claim if Mexico does not greatly limit illegal border crossing?

reply

I will rightfully put the blame at Brandon and Kamala for putting Trump in that position to begin with.

reply

So Trump is never responsible then? Trump repeatedly brags he can do anything. Why would this not include overcoming mistakes made by others?

reply

Another strawman, I didn’t say that. In terms of the border no he isn’t responsible, he is simply responding the best he can to the disaster that Brandon and Kamala handed him.

reply

I did not claim you said it. Can you provide a rational answer?

reply

You did say I said that. Quit lying.

reply

"You have no reason to believe Mexico won’t live up to their promise."

FFS!

reply

Trump has decided to pause the tariffs, but there are no soldiers on the border yet. How may times will Trump and Mexico jerk each others chains until Trump gets tired of it?

https://imgur.com/gallery/amazing-eevvfck

reply

No, Mexico agreed to send 10,000 troops to the border. Trump got something out of the deal that’s why he paused the tariffs, that’s how negotiations work you idiot.

reply

Cute that you trust the Mexican government so much. I'm not the idiot that trusts the government.

reply

Well if they don’t I’m sure Trump will reinstitute the tariffs. You’re looking for things to complain about. Trump knows what he’s doing. Get help for your TDS you loser and lay off the fear mongering

reply

I complain about all politicians. Get used to it. I'm not in a cult so I'm immune to whatever emotional connection you have to the former game show host.

reply

You are in a cult, I am speaking to you as an impartial and objective observer but you are speaking through the bubble that your cult has brainwashed you into.

reply

What is my cult? I have never shown any support for any DC politician.

I understand that you find it incredulous that anyone could not be in a cult. But I will not be so naive.

reply

You're a card carrying TDS cult member and you evidence it daily, remember? Remember all the derangement you post?

reply

Facts. Not derangement.

reply

Yes it's a fact that you're deranged, we've established that.

reply

You are the poster child for TDS.

Sam Harris wishes he was you.

reply

Bump

Trump gettin’ shit done folks!

reply

Or maybe it was Trump who backed down when Mexico said they would counter with tariffs of their own!
He also say the US will patrol the boarder so US weapons will not enter Mexico

reply

Or maybe it was Luke Skywalker who backed down? Why not it's as believable as your example!

reply

🤣

reply

15000 soldiers to border.

they sent 10.000 a couple of years ago.

why don't just impose the tariffs.... it will make america rich, right?

reply

Are you pretending to be a former Trump supporter still or have you ditched that silly mask now?

reply

i was a huge fan of DT, and his migrant polices, which i hoped rubbed off on the european leaders.......

a fan, until he started attacking all the close allies of the US.
instead of Russia, a historic enemy of the US.

I would hate to be an american tourist going to Mexico, Canada or Europe this year.

The whole perception of americans have changed overnight.... thanks to Trump.

I can't stand him or Vance any longer, fuck both of them.
99% of Mexicans, Canadians and Europeans feel that way now....... congratulations Trump, you sure made america great again.

reply

Nobody at all falls for this weak concern troll bullshit fyi, you dumb libtard faggot. Cry more.

reply

"Russia, a historic enemy of the US" - When did this "historic" thing start?

reply

Around 1945.......

Russia also helped North Korea in the Korea war, against the United States.

And many people do not know this, Russia helped the Viet Cong during the Vietnam war........ Russia was behind the deaths of thousands of American soldiers.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_participation_in_the_Vietnam_War#:~:text=Prior%20to%201967%2C%20the%20Soviet,flying%20from%20Okinawa%20and%20Guam.

Soviet ships in the South China Sea gave vital early warnings to PAVN/VC forces in South Vietnam. The Soviet intelligence ships would pick up American B-52 bombers flying from Okinawa and Guam. COSVN analysts would calculate the bombing target and tell any assets to move "perpendicularly to the attack trajectory." These advance warnings gave them time to move out of the way of the bombers,

The Soviet Union supplied North Vietnam with medical supplies, arms, tanks, planes, helicopters, artillery, anti-aircraft missiles and other military equipment. Soviet crews fired Soviet-made surface-to-air missiles at U.S. F-4 Phantoms, which were shot down over Thanh Hóa in 1965. Over a dozen Soviet soldiers lost their lives in this conflict. Following the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, Russian Federation officials acknowledged that the Soviet Union had stationed up to 3,000 troops in Vietnam during the war.

Russian sources give more specific numbers: from 1953 and 1991, the hardware donated by the Soviet Union included 2,000 tanks, 1,700 APCs, 7,000 artillery guns, over 5,000 anti-aircraft guns, 158 surface-to-air missile launchers, and 120 helicopters. During the war, the Soviets sent North Vietnam annual arms shipments worth $450 million.

From July 1965 to the end of 1974, fighting in Vietnam was observed by some 6,500 officers and generals, as well as more than 4,500 soldiers and sergeants of the Soviet Armed Forces. In addition, Soviet military schools and academies began training Vietnamese soldiers—in all more than 10.000 military personnel

reply

It seems you confuse the USSR with Russia... But hey, for someone whose username sounds like a firing squad of the SS probably every foreign country is a) enemy and b) Russia.

reply

Russia today is the same as the soviet union back in the day.

Putin is acting the same way as Lenin or Stalin, a true dictator....... or will you claim that Putin is elected in fair elections?

that is why he has been the president for over 25 years?

and he also wins by a large margin, and his real opponents always fall out of windows and stuff.

reply

"...same way as Lenin or Stalin..." - Where did you get your political education from? From The View?
"Russia today is the same as the soviet union back in the day." - Hell, then why waste money on effin' Ukraine? It has been part of the Soviet Union back in the days. But yeah, I know, it's for money laundering purposes. Doesn't Selinsky miss just 100 of the 177 Billions that were meant to go to Ukraine?
