Hi einstein, glad you see my point about the eggs. Actually the store allows you to use your points on certain items only. I am very careful not to use them on junk food. They allow shoppers to use them on certain brands of soda, chips, etc.
The price of food has made me into a careful shopper. Of course so was my mom when we were kids and that was YEARS ago. There are ways to spend less if you pay attention. For instance, I donāt eat a lot of meat. But when I do buy it I wait until the weekend. Thatās when they have sales.
As for those ācaringā politicians. I hate to sound so cynical, but I donāt get a ācaring vibeā from many of them, no matter what party!
I used to substitute teach and we had some instructional classes. We were told that kids donāt care what you know, they want to know you care.
I also worked with the disabled and teenagers who had gotten into trouble with the law. They were not in prison. It was called an āAcademyā.
There are a number of jobs like those where you must be or should be someone who cares about people. If you are faking it, they are quick to pick up on it and you will be miserable too.
I enjoyed all those jobs, but I donāt see politicians caring about people one on one. They see the ābig pictureā, like I care to bring home a lot of pork to my constituents so they will vote for me againš Cynical, arenāt I?
