A pool reporter at Trump's criminal trial for allegedly falsifying records for hush money payments to former adult film star Stormy Daniels noted on social media that the former president did not stand when potential jurors were introduced.

"In my over 20 years practicing criminal law, I have never observed a defendant refuse to stand and face the jury. Any competent lawyer would tell their client that his fate is in the jury's hands and they will watch everything he does," legal analyst and former federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti wrote on X, formerly Twitter. "Trump's disrespect for the jury is unwise."

Newsweek's Katherine Fung, who is in the court room, confirmed that Trump did not stand when jurors were introduced, although his legal team did.

Imagine that a MAGA managed to make onto the jury and is hoping for a chance at jury nullification. Will he or she feel differently after seeing Trump opening disrespect them? Why would Trump try to alienate the jury like this?

Apparently it's only a minority that hate or envy Trump. And yet this minority are omnipresent. They fill every valuable role in society. Judges, juries, state prosecutors and so on. All just jealous, "obsessed" and deranged enemies.

Unlucky for Donald Trump that the majority who love him apparently do nothing to help him. They're not out there using their advantage in numbers to inveigle themselves into positions of power and influence. They're just sitting at home typing out nonsense on message boards.

Trump was referring to McCain the POW. He also said he did not like any other POW's because they were captured. Not only does Trump not like American soldiers, he does not like anyone who is not Trump. Even some of his own family are people he hates.

I'm a US Army veteran and Trump disgusts me. Most veterans I know feel the same way. We didnt like it when Trump said that fallen military members are suckers and losers. Without support from veterans Trump will definitely lose in November.
