Did you find an achievement by Biden in between? Come on, just one single achievement...
shareHe beat Trump!
shareNope, that was voter fraud. For example the vaccines were restrained until the day after the election. The reason was of course to manipulate the voters' decision. This caused probably some 100.000 deaths. But who cares? Dipshits like you do not...
shareOf course!
You must know my good friend Q?
Nope. But as everybody can see, letters are not your friends...
sharetRump lost. He's a loser.
shareYou are an anonymous leftist with TDS, still posting about a former president because the actual one is a pain in the ass. I guess that makes you a winner 😂🤣
shareevery time a delusional trumptwat cult member uses the acronym "TDS" it means :
" I have no answer for the latest vulgar obscenity / criminal behavior of Trump that this discussion is about"
The ever popular "what about the other guy" means exactly the same
deflection is all you guys have.
He had one of the most successful midterm elections of any President in his first term.
shareThat was BEFORE Trump's true colors were evident to those who have some smarts. Trump is not a smart man and he showed his true colors when attempting to handle the pandemic. I just could not get behind him anymore when he did just about everything wrong just to please his right wing base. So wrong and stupid this man is, on every level. I lost my devoted trust in him. He did NOT get my vote in 2020 but......neither did Biden.
shareI'm talking about President Biden. When did tRUmp ever have a successful midterm? LOL!
shareIt's even worse than I imagined. Much worse.
Republicans are complete idiots if they think he has another shot at the White House after this. They need to move on.
anybody read them?
Still in denial?
EO 13526 is why Trump is in very big trouble. https://www.archives.gov/isoo/policy-documents/cnsi-eo.html
I doubt that Trump lawyers will be saying it is legal to steal classified documents when Trump does it.
I think Trump will take a plea deal or hope that there is at least one juror who is willing to nullify the case.
Honestly he should just take a guilty plea on Tuesday. The DOJ has a 95% conviction rate for a reason. The case is airtight and they really can't risk fumbling this. The case was over the second they decided to indict him.
share[–] Narwhale37 (218) 13 hours agoJury nullification is the highest threat to the DOJ's case. It only takes one overzealous jurist with an agenda.
The case is airtight and they really can't risk fumbling this. The case was over the second they decided to indict him.
Jury nullification (US/UK), jury equity[1][2] (UK), or a perverse verdict (UK)[3][4] occurs when the jury in a criminal trial gives a not guilty verdict regardless of whether they believe a defendant has broken the law. The jury's reasons may include the belief that the law itself is unjust,[5][6] that the prosecutor has misapplied the law in the defendant's case,[7] that the punishment for breaking the law is too harsh, or general frustrations with the criminal justice system. Some juries have also refused to convict due to their own prejudices in favor of the defendant.[8] Such verdicts are possible because a jury has an absolute right to return any verdict it chooses.[9]The judge in this case could actually dismiss the case, Judge Aileen Cannon. 🤔 share
How did she get that back on the case? Is she not going to recuse herself?
shareJudge Aileen Cannon is assigned to that District and the judges for cases are picked randomly. DJT's case was venued into that district because the majority of the crimes/charges related to documents/obstruction/espionage happened in that area at Mar-A-Lago.
There is a very real chance that she will be able to steer the "right" type of jurists favorable to an acquittal during Voir Dir towards DJT. You couldn't make this stuff up if you tried.
The DOJ will surely file a motion to recuse and they should easily win that.
shareHonestly he should just take a guilty plea on Tuesday
There no way Trump's infantile mind and obese ego could ever admit fault for anything - hence the constant stream of lies.
So this one will go all the way.
If found guilty he will start calling it a "fix" , and the devout will no doubt believe him.
I'm not a lawyer/judge - so I'll have to go with what lawyers/judges say - and they all this this is BS. One of the big reasons why this is BS is because of the selective indictment. Pence was let go, Biden will prolly be in the clear. Biden's son is untouchable - lol. H. Clinton was let off with a warning. There are too many precedents. In theory, most of the US presidents should be in prison for all the things they've done in and outside of the US, but here we are. If they go down this road, they'll have to follow Trump into the jail cell - and that's not gonna happen.
Last but not least, even if they go through this circus, Trump will probably win the elections - even if from the prison cell - too many people have come to realize the level of corruption of the system at its core - especially during the Biden's term. Then again.... if all they need to do is to fudge the vote numbers, then Trump will have no chance either way.
We do need to keep in mind that a substantial number of republicans are in the uni-party, so the only question is how much power do the republicans not in the uni-party have. If they have enough influence/power, and if they come to realize that the system is broken beyond redemption - and if they have the military backing - we could be looking at something big. That's a lot of if's though - we'll see how things play out.
No other president has ever committed a crime even close to what tRump has been indicted for.
The GOP would be wise to move on from tRump because he doesn't have a prayer to win the general election.
Ummm - you have some presidents that are responsible for millions of deaths overseas through blatant lying and deception. Trump's 'crimes' are just a snippet of what some other el presidentos have done.
Fudging the vote numbers?
Explain
[–] maximmm (2482) an hour agoThe lawyers and judges who have read the Charging Memo and the Indictment have NOT called any of this B.S.
I'm not a lawyer/judge - so I'll have to go with what lawyers/judges say - and they all this this is BS.
That is something really novel, Selective Indictment I've never heard of such a case. Can you site one?
One of the big reasons why this is BS is because of the selective indictment.
Pence was let go, Biden will prolly be in the clear.Pence, Biden, and HRC were never charged with what DJT is being charged with. Because none of them have done what DJT has done. You'd be better talking about Reality Winner, Ed Snowden, Gen Petraeus, etc.
Biden's son is untouchableNo, he is not. What he is so far is nothing more than an addict with the last name of a politician. The IRS, ATF, and the FBI will deal with Hunter.
- lol. H. Clinton was let off with a warning.HRC was let off with a so-called warning because you can't find the crime and the intent and the motive.
There are too many precedents. In theory, most of the US presidents should be in prison for all the things they've done in and outside of the US, but here we are.We are now moving on to "War Crimes"? That is a land-mine isn't it BUT it isn't the same. Is it?
If they go down this road, they'll have to follow Trump into the jail cell - and that's not gonna happen.DJT may very well be looked at in the rear-view mirror for War Crimes. Pretty soon he may be charged with Treason, Sedition, and Insurrection. J6 isn't over yet.
Last but not least, even if they go through this circus, Trump will probably win the electionsYou are stubbornly looking at DJT's ability to win a primary in a divided government but not realizing that he will NEVER win in the general election this time.
- even if from the prison cell - too many people have come to realize the level of corruption of the system at its core - especially during the Biden's term.People have NOT realized that. They are being breathily told that by DJT and his sycophants.
Then again.... if all they need to do is to fudge the vote numbers, then Trump will have no chance either way.Keep holding on to that delusion. No numbers were fudged. When the DA Fanni Willis is finished with the Fake Elector scheme in Georgia all of those individuals will also wish they had not hitched their freedom to DJT.
What is "Broken" within the Republican party is that DJT has taken it over in a hostile fashion. The MAGAs rule the party and Conservative Republicans have retreated to their worst impulses and are trying to govern by subverting Democracy. None of them want Freedom they want Power. share
