I don’t have you on ignore or dTeam. The rest are pretty Looney Tunes. Although I can understand the desire to parody Trump’s tweets. The parody accounts on Twitter are some of the best stuff there. Especially the AOC parody account. Often you can’t tell the difference between the stuff she tweets and the parody, which is the point. They had a Donald Trump account during the election that was a scream. You could NOT tell the difference, and people were screaming at him and calling him — well, all the names they call Trump.

Ahh but who is the audience of those tweets? Think about the mindset of people who are reading them. They are fooled because they've already been fooled by right-wing media. Fox News is telling them that AOC wants to tax all of their income at 70%. If they are going to take that lie as fact then they are going to take any lie about AOC as fact. They can't tell the difference because right-wing media has already warped their opinions of her. And even if you yourself are not a viewer of Fox News you are smart enough to recognize that all conservative media operates the same exact way.
The reality is people are attacking AOC because she's popular. This is also why you continue to bring her up. She's popular because she is making sense to more than just liberals. There is a controlled opposition that doesn't like it that she is making sense. So they are pretending she is a joke.
This is how it always goes down: First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.

Now she's saying that her Henny Penny-like "The world is ending in 12 years" tweet was obviously "satire," and that people on the right owned themselves by proving they can't understand a joke. Now, if you're serious about Climate Change, I could believe "hyperbole," but "satire"? Seriously? If you're trying to sell something as sweeping as The Green New Deal, you don't do it with satire. But that's AOC for you. And I have zero idea what Fox News had to say about it. I rarely watch the channel.
For my money, people on the right should just ignore AOC. Completely. Let her rave in the corner and say inane things and let the other media run with it, and the vast field of Democrat candidates comment on it as if it actually makes sense. But conservatives should just ignore her. She's doing what Trump taught people to do so well -- she says something outrageous; the media comments on it; and once again she's seen as the most important person in the House of Representatives. Ignore her and it takes away her power. Then she learns what every Representative learns -- you're easy to primary if the people feel you're more interested in promoting yourself than promoting the interests of your constituency. And at the moment, she's more interested in promoting herself.
