It's because transgenders and their political advocates don't just want to be left alone to be who they claim to be. They want the rest of society to bend its laws and rules (i.e. men vs women sports) to accommodate them.

shareWell, to be honest, everyone if people want to treat others like they want to be treated and how I want to be treated, then I have no problems with what or who people want to be. But, when people make a feast about their identity and sexual orientation and want me to accept their identity and preference over mine, and start telling me that I should allow my child to castrate himself (e.g. pushing their views onto me without and without any comeback), then, I have a problem.
When I was growing up, too many people were bullied for supposedly being gay, just for being slightly awkward. I had a problem with that. However, when females try to change their entire gender and vice versa or even act as a full-fledged freak in general, expect people to shun or distance themselves from you.
