shareGenuine curiosity. What made you look Pamela up? I have never heard of her before.

To me, that seems like a lot.
I checked the cult classic Heavy Metal to compare it with and ...
... it has 8 pages of comments.
I'm having trouble recalling an actress I thought is named Pamela something and was featured in the late 60s-early 70s as a teenager, a little pretty but average, sort of a made-for-TV movie actress. The name Pamela Franklin is perfect but I'm pretty sure that's not who I'm thinking of. Just about the right age, too, and brown hair, not brunette.
sharethat's her born in 1950. brown hair and hazel eyes. very pretty.
shareHer profile pic makes her look razor sharp (and that's good).
For some reason, the woman I'm thinking of kind of had that Helen Hunt look about her, pretty, sincere and you wouldn't think she was trying to fool you about anything.
But it's the right era (Sally Field>Susan Dey>Darleen Carr>Kay Lenz, a little beyond Dobie Gillis but not Go Ask Alice. Pre-Room 222? Somewhere in there !), so maybe she's who I'm thinking of.
She looked like the kind of late high school / early college young lady who would be clutching a book to her chest with a band in her hair, (haha) sort of like Patty Duke but that seems a little too old (Duke maybe being a few short years older than who I am thinking of).
But the harder I think, the more cloudy the memory is. Could very well be this Pamela Franklin.
Well if you were talking about someone from the late 70s and early 80s I would say Pamela Sue Martin.
shareI actually looked her up before you posted this, thinking the same thing.
Really, it's been so long ago I may not have a good handle on my memory of this particular person, and both these Pamela names are what I'm thinking of. Probably one of the two, but I just thought of a more innocent type, while both of these women look like they have some serious vixen vibes to them - y'know, the raised eyebrow and the steady gaze?
Like, what do YOU have in mind, young lady? Good or Evil? (haha)
Sounds like a good plan. Make some $$$ and then do something you love.
shareShe's probably much happier than those who've chosen to reside in Tinseltown. I never cease to be astounded when I read of someone who's still in the biz, yet lives outside of Hollywood or even New York. They seem to be a lot saner than those who pretty live in the middle of their workplace
